Protein- Best Product Found I was using the Muscle Milk but getting more calories than I wanted. This product has more protein, natural and less calories. The chocolate tastes better but I like to mix the vanilla with fruit. June 6, 2011

Pretty Decent less gassy I use a little less than the two scoops and it goes down easy, smooth and lite not heavy for if you work out early in the morning and not as much gas/bloating although sometimes still occurs if i drink it too fast. Just use water though. May 20, 2010

Great Product I had my first experience with this product in 1999 after gastric by pass. My doctor reccomended it because of the high protein and very low carbs. The taste was great and easy to add different flavors. My doctor would also use it as his lunch everyday. I use 2 scoops with water for a very pleasing meal. May 2, 2009

I 'm happy with the results and value of the product. A bit too thick of a consistency per manufacturer's suggestion though. My advise would be to add a bit more liquid than what is suggested. Otherwise a solid protein intake. February 27, 2009

Adults, using scoop provided, add one (1) scoop (1 oz.)(28.4g) to one (1) cup (8 fl. oz.)(237 mL) or more of either cold water or your favorite cold beverage. Stir briskly until dissolved for a tasty chocolate protein supplement. For a creamier texture, use a blender and add ice. You may also try adding your favorite fruit.
