Great tasting balsamic -- love that it's organic
Tastes great on our salads with some lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs added. I love that it's organic without added sulfites as these features are hard to find in balsamic vinegar. Just bought another bottle to restock.

I enjoy this balsamic vinegar. I can't compare this brand to others because this is the only one I've tried. I like to add this to vegetables while cooking or mix with olive oil for a salad dressing.

Excellent Balsamic for the Discerning Cook
This is a very good tasting balsamic. I have tried others with the methods that follow, but Bionaturae is worth the extra cost. To sweeten and reduce acidity, I reduce the balsamic vinigar by simmering it in a sauce pan on the stove until it is about 25-35% of its original volume. You can tell it's done when it bubbles up when stirred with a spoon, but watch not to burn it. Reduced, it becomes our staple salad dressing with one of the California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oils (Arbequina, Arbosana, Miller Blend or LImited Edition). One of our favorite ways to use the reduced balsamic is in a simple but impressive appitizer (great with a good red wine) of fresh brown turkey (or other fresh variety) figs stuffed with a wad of chevre and drizzled with the reduced balsamic. Drizzle with good EVOO is optional. I brought this to a party attended by film industry folks in southern CA and it was the first to disappear!

Great tasty vinegar
We love this product. I served it with salad for a party, and got rave reviews. It mixes well with olive oil or even works plain. It pairs well with cheeses and fruits.

Our favorite organic balsamic vinegar.
This is our favorite organic balsamic vinegar. It is not harsh- or bitter-tasting like the others. It is smooth and sweet. We sprinkle it on all kInds of organic salads we make - from pasta to veggie, add it to hearty home-made soups, broiled vegetables, sauces, and salad dressings.
