Best GF past I've found!
I've tried lots of gluten free pastas and Bionaturae is by far the closest to regular wheat pasta I've found. I actually don't mind eating it (unlike many other GF substitutes).

Great for homemade GF mac and cheese
I like to use these elbow noodles for homemade GF mac and cheese. Use corn starch (instead of flour) to thicken the bechemel (white sauce) before adding cheese. Add cooked noodles to the cheesy bechemel sauce and back in the oven until crusty at 350 deg F. The kids love it.
