Goes great with beef stroganoff!
I boil this in a small to medium pot on the stove according to the instructions. I also add a little bit of olive oil to the pot so the noodles doesn't stick to each other while it's cooking. Afterwards, I pour it in a strainer and pour cold water on the noodles to further prevent sticking. This makes them more manageable while I mix it with whatever dish I'm eating it with. The packaging of this product could use less waste though. It comes in a paper cardboard box of sorts and that's wrapped in plastic. Too much waste in my opinion. They could just pack this in plastic (or wax paper since wax can be composted, unless I'm wrong).

Bionaturae pasta tastes like home made pasta like grandma used to make. Cooks up fast and flavorful. Great with traditional Italian mushroom dishes. I have already ordered more!

Very good egg pasta
I enjoy the Bionaturae products across the board - very high quality. This egg pasta tastes as close to homemade as possible for a packaged product. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

Bionaturae Organic Tagliataelle Egg Pasta is so delicious and cooks in a flash - we love it for beef stroganoff but it is the perfect base for any sauce. We've tried several of the Bionaturae Organic pasta shapes and they've all been winners - this is the closest you'll find to fresh pasta with the convenience of dried.
