"It does work. As recommended, I started with the minimum dosage and took it on an empty stomach. It made me nauseous, but as the days went by, I could tolerate the first day's pill a little longer, but I had to eat something soon after I took it. It definitely gives you more energy, and I felt more awake and aware. My exercising is at home walking (mostly) and running (a little) on my treadmill and not much weight training. So by no means do I have a structured, multilayered workout regimen. I felt I could go a little longer on my treadmill. And I experienced more stamina to start running. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to sleep at night, but I did sleep. However, when I woke up it didn't feel like I actually slept deeply.
The 'but' comes in when you stop taking it. After about two weeks of one pill twice a day, I thought I was ready to step up to two pills two times a day per the instructions. I couldn't handle it. I felt weird. So I stopped taking the pills altogether and experienced a monster crash. I was so tired at work, I could've literally slept at my desk. I felt really sluggish. This went on for about a week and a half.
So in summary, it works, but be prepared for a monster crash when you stop taking it. Maybe you won't have that experience, but I did. I'm not sure if I would buy it again, but I'm now finishing the bottle I have, and will be interested to see if I have that crash again."
