this is a healthy milk to cook with I made mac and cheese with it,
witch was a good idea to try it made the cheese creamier taste.
and I use it in all recipes including homemade bread.
and its awesome because my blood sugars don't spike up
from it either witch makes it easy on for me.

Great Option!
For those who don't like or can't drink regular milk, this is a great option!
Does not have a strong taste, can be mixed with chocolate powder or an protein powder without problem.

Excellent!
After realizing my husband had developed a lactose intolerance, we switched from milk. First to soy, then rice, and finally almond "milk". I actually prefer this to regular milk, great flavor and texture!

End Dairy Problems
Very good substitute for milk. It is creamier than rice milk and the flavor is good. For those wanting more flavor, the vanilla is also tasty. Helps for anyone who has problems with mucous caused by dairy. Also easy on the digestive system.

We love this milk as an alternative to dairy milk. Its great on cereal.Its creamy smooth and not watery at all. Tastes better than powered or skim milk and has less calories than whole dairy milk. We are very pleased with this purchase.
