Savory or Sweet; it's good to eat!
I'm 82 and trying to see if I can find my 'second wind', or would it be 3rd or 4th, Anyway,your 8 grain cereal has become my satisfying replacement for rice and all those other grains. I use it as a sweet or as a savory. My family and friends are getting tired of me talking about it

Very tasty!
This was my first time trying Bobs Red Mill products and I am sold! This cereal is very filling and I like the consistency, not to mention, delicious! I am trying to find more natural products for a healthier lifestyle and I am so excited about their line of wholesome food products.Thank you Vita Cost for carrying their products!

Soy
I actually didn't try it as I didn't realize soy was in it until I purchased it and I really try to keep soy down to a minimum in our diet. I was disappointed by this but it was my fault for not thoroughly looking at it before purchasing.
