Bob's Red Mill Brown Rice Flour Gluten Free -- 48 oz
appreciate the large size
This is a wonderful; product in a variety of recipe uses. We don't have this larger size in B.C. so I truly appreciate it. It lasts through a months worth of baking and as I live on an island it is hugely helpful. I am learning about gluten free baking and have great results with all Bob' Red mill products and consistently with this one.

Great flour at a great price
We use this to make pancakes and muffins and it has nice texture and flavor. We mix it with tapioca flour/starch for our gluten free baking. The price is unbeatable, too.

rice flour fooled the family
I made banana bread with the flour and served it without telling my family. They all said it was the best banana bread I had ever made.
Next I made pancakes, a little trickier, I realized you had to cook them a bit longer so that they were crisp, chewy pancakes don't work. Great alternative to wheat!
