Coconut- unsweetened!
I use it constantly and I love that it is unsweetened. I keep it in the fridge in a mason jar. It goes in smoothies, baking, cereal, raw balls, anything I can put it in. Bob's Red Mill has excellent quality in all their products.

good taste
I have been very happy with this coconut. It has a nice nutty taste. It seems to me that it has a slightly different color shade than some of the other organic coconuts I have tried (slightly more ivory and less pure white). This doesn't bother me at all, but if it is an issue, you might try the other two on the Vitacost site. I like them all.

Love it!
Who needs extra sugar added when nature has it covered! Love the shredded coconut add it to granolas, shredded apple, nut based brownies, homemade almond coconut candies.
Bob's Red Mill Products are always excellent.

Good served hot or cold!
I like adding pecans or almonds, coconut flakes and other cereal blends as well as sliced banana or blue berries. Then I add rice milk or just plain milk. Yummy!
