Bob's Red Mill Gluten and Wheat Free Pizza Crust Mix -- 16 oz
Really liked it!
I can eat gluten but I like trying new things and this was really good! Made one pretty decent sized pizza with it. The one thing I will warn others about is that this dough does not work like normal pizza dough, I attempted to roll it out between two pieces of parchment paper, boy was that a bad idea. When working with this you must keep your hands wet, and be careful with it. It will stick to everything and fall apart. It tastes great with some herbs and garlic powder thrown in.

Everything is included with this great tasting crust. It takes a little time to prepare but it tastes better then wheat flour.

My kids aren't even gluten free but request this, one even thinks it's better then the local pizza place. I wouldn't go that far. I wish it would crisp up a bit more, it can be kind of doughy in the middle. Also, it's kind of a PITA to spread. But overall, definitely the beat gluten free pizza I've had.

This is my evry day go to flour for pizza.
I use the entire package, divide it and freeze for whenever I am in the mood for pizza, Again crispy,very similair to the Udhi's crust.
