Since the price on vitacost is so affordable, I use this for all my homemade pizza now. And I serve it to folks without gluten sensitivities too, they can hardly tell a difference. They do notice they are more full after a few slices than with regular wheat products!
My only complaint is that it takes a while to use wet hands to smear out the dough (it tastes too heavy unless it's made rather flat), but that's just how it is without wheat flour.
There is a recipe on the bag for cinnamon rolls too, I haven't tried them yet but I will be doing so soon since I am quite impressed with this dough.

Bob's Red Mill Gluten & Wheat free Pizza crust mix
My family thought the crust had a very good taste. It was easy to mix and easy to handle. Baked to a golden brown. Very satisfied.

Great pizza crust Gluten Free!
we make pizza every saturday night, and this is our crust! sometimes they forget to put the yeast packet inside, but it has always been a good product, like all bobs red mill.

The instructions are easy to follow and finished product tastes great. Pizza using this crust is one of our favorite homemade meals.
