Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Cookie Mix Chocolate Chip -- 22 oz
My grandchildren loved them.
I bought several bags from the clearance rack at a food store. I added more chocolate chips. They were crisp around the edges and chewy in the center. My grandchildren thought they were fantastic. That's really good for gluten-free.

Pros: the cookie crisps up well on the edges and is chewy on the inside, is nice and thick, keeps well once you bake them.
Cons: the flour smells and tastes weird. The chocolate chips need to be more chocolatey, and there is not enough chocolate chips in the batter (I would add more of my own chips to help).
This isn't the worst gluten free cookie I've ever had, but I'm definitely going to try Pamela's instead. It's a shame because I really love Bob's Red mill products.

my husband loves these
Finally found an easy way to make cookies for my husband who needs gluten free. I have lately tried to make them extra thick so they are a bigger, chewier cookie. Very consistent quality.

Easy cookies, mixed reviews on taste
These cookies are easy to make and yummy (I thought). Only one of my kids actually ate them, though, and they weren't his favorite. They make a crisp cookie, so, if you are looking for something soft and chewy, go somewhere else. I'm not aware of any mixes, but the Enjoy Life chocolate chip cookies are chewy and delicious.

Really tasty cookies!
I have food allergies. These cookies are great and they were a hit with the family get together who had no idea they were gluten free! I also have dairy and egg allergies, so I used an egg substitute and my vegan butter to make these, they were delicious!
No one believed me when I told them the cookies were egg-free, dairy-free and gluten-free and they ate every last one of them! I did add more dairy free chocolate chips to mine though, I used the chunks rather than the chips, I like my cookies with a few more chocolate chips than the mix has in. And they are very quick & easy to make!
