Highly recommended Great connbread. I do add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of frozen corn to my mix. I also bake in cupcake papers so when we go out to dinner I can grab one out of the freezer and have my "bread" to eat while everyone else is eating the gluten bread. March 17, 2013

The best cornbread I've had that is gluten free! My family could not believe this was gluten free and actually asked that I keep buying it. I tried it on a whim as other gluten free brands weren't the greatest. This is moist, tasty, and does not fall apart. I made mine in muffin tins and froze the remainder. 1½ cups Milk (rice, soy, dairy)

1/3 cup Oil or melted Butter

2 Eggs

Have all the ingredients at room temperature. Preheat oven to 375 F. Generously grease a 9 x 9-inch gray, nonstick pan. Place entire package of Bob's Red Mill Cornbread Mix in larger mixer bow. Add 1½ cups milk, 2 large eggs and 1/3 cup canola oil or melted butter. Mix on low speed with electric mixer until blended. Beat another 30 seconds with mixer on high. Pour into baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
