Delicious and gluten-free, needs packaging
This oatmeal tastes and cooks exactly the same as regular quick oats. I wish the packaging was better, having it in a plastic bag does not work well when trying to measure out a serving, and the bag doesn't have a way to re-seal it. You almost have to transfer it to a glass or plastic container which is annoying.

DO NOT purchase if you have an allergy to soy.
I made the mistake of relying on the information printed on the front of the package stating the oats are grown and tested in a 'dedicated' facility. Once I received the package, I noticed mention of soy and tree nuts being involved in the processing. I am allergic to soy which causes me to end up in the ER or at the very least with stomach cramps and intestinal inflammation. This product will be returned. Where does one buy soy-free food?

good oats
i am loving these gluten-free oats. i don't use them out of necessity, but i've been using them to make homemade gf breakfast bars and my son and i love them. they come out moist and not too dense. yum!

Better than competitive brands of gluten-free oats
I cook this product for 6 minutes at 60% power in my microwave, scant half cup of oats to one cup of Rice Dream original "milk" -- no sugar needed. Sometimes I add fresh berries after cooking. Other times I include cinnamon, chopped walnuts and raisins while cooking. Once in a while, ripe mashed banana and cinnamon while cooking. All ways are delicious.

Fantastic Oatmeal
You'd never know this is gluten free. It tastes wonderful and is such a treat to have. Easy and fast to make - love it!
