One day when I ran out of sorghum flour while making bread, I substituted this oat flour for the sorghum flour. It worked perfectly and, since it has more fiber and protein than sorghum flour, I will be using it from now on.

Great substitute for Wheat Flour
This flour makes a great replacement for wheat flour, especially in baking.

My primary flour for years!
I've tried most alternative flours available, and this one is in the top two! I bake with it, use it for tortillas, and brownies, and just about anything else you can use flour for. It just makes me feel better than any other product I've tried. I Always order this, each month, without fail.

Good replacement for flour
I was glad to find the gluten free oats at Vitacost. I use this to replace regular flour in my recipes.
