Great quality, Gluten Free, Hearty texture
I use these oats primarily for baking gluten-free oatmeal cookies for my daughter who cannot tolerate gluten. The fact that the cookies are gluten-free doesn't stop anyone else from gulping them down either though.
These oats provide just the right body and texture for a chewy, rich cookie or bread. Thank you Bob's Red Mill for producing such a fine product!

My favorite oats!
I'm a huge fan of Bob's Red Mill products. These oats are my favorite because they are gluten free and taste great. I make oatmeal quite often for my family so I've tried several brands. These are the best.

Good addition to a gluten free diet
I like oatmeal and am trying to eat more gluten free foods. This oatmeal is not like steel cut oats but does taste fine. Overcooking creates a skin on the oatmeal so watch when cooking.
