Fabulous. If I could give this "Grain Grande" more stars, I would. This grain mix is so much better than just rice, has a subtle sweet/nutty flavor, combines perfectly with other flavors; and a completely wonderful texture. I use it all week long with black beans, grated ginger, olive oil, fresh lime juice; great as pilaf; great as a breakfast cereal; looking forward to using it for dessert (bake the cooked grain with some maple syrup, top with whipped cream and sprinkle of cinnamon). Must stop - have to go buy syrup Right Now!. July 24, 2014
Tasty We use this in place of rice. It's delicious hot and cold; very versatile. January 31, 2014
