Millet is Power food!
I got turned on to eating cooked Millet as a breakfast carbohydrate with ground Sirloin for a pre-workout meal 2 hours before weight training by a friend. I used to eat the standard Oatmeal and Barley but switched to Millet and Quinoa when I started the Paleo-diet. My energy was much better with Millet than it ever was with Oatmeal. Plus it does not make me feel bloated or hungry after a few hours like I did with Oatmeal or Barley. I also found it easier to control my weight when I switched to Millet. 3 years later and I never eat anything else for my first meal of day.
Bob's Red Mill Millet is always good and consistent (taste is excellent!). It cooks perfectly every time and Vitacost always has the best deals on this and all my Organic grain products I use to build muscle with.

So, so good - crispy without being too crunchy
I'd never tried millet before, but I'd seen it in many recipes, so I ordered one package. As soon as I tried some, I fell in love with the texture, and now I add it to everything - yogurt, breads, salads, and with anything else that can use a little crunch!
