Bob's Red Mill Long Grain Brown Rice Description
Carefully selected from the finest rice crops of California, Bob's Red Mill Long Grain Brown Rice makes a wholesome and delicious addition to your table. Brown Rice is low in fat and a good source of dietary fiber and protein.
Basic Cooking Instructions:
1 cup Long Grain Brown Rice
2 cups Water
1 Tbsp. Butter (optional)
Salt to taste
Put all ingredients in a pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 50 minutes. Do not remove lid. Remove from heat and allow to sit, covered, for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork.
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
