Carefully selected from the finest rice crops of California, Bob's Red Mill Long Grain White Rice makes a wholesome and delicious addition to your table. White Rice is low in fat and a good source of protein and iron.
Basic Cooking Instructions
1 cup Long Grain White Rice
2 cups Water
Bring water to boil. Add rice and cover. Bring back to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and fluff with a fork.
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
