Don't choose this over full-fat soy flour because of the fat. Choose it because it's been toasted and doesn't have the "beany" taste of raw soy beans!

Apart from the usual prominent soy flour taste, it's good for low carb, high protein flour you can use in gluten free baking recipes. I recommend mixing with other flours so that you don't taste the soy so much. But the quality is good.

Just as good as full fat
This really doesn't taste any different than the full fat version: I'm enjoying it very much!

Best low-fat high protein flour
I make my own protein bars for my husband and I. I found this flour to be the best low-fat, high protein option for us.
