Bob's Red Mill Mighty Tasty Gluten Free Hot Cereal -- 24 oz
it serves as tea food and snack
I simply cook them in water like soup, add some baking soda (makes it creamy) and I eat the soup all day long, sometimes almost like tea (because I make sure it is very thin, ) it satisfies me greatly so I don't turn to junk snack, actually I cleaned my body by having this very thin porridge all the time, it almost is my meditation. I hope someone read it and think about it, and try it and learn to enjoy it.

I made this for the first time this morning. I didn't know what to expect, and made it like I make oatmeal, adding raisins and cinnamon to the boiling water. I topped it with chopped walnuts and some peeled, chopped very ripe pears. A little brown sugar and some milk. OMG. This is astoundingly good! Great combination of grains. Doesn't taste like rice, nor corn, nor buckwheat, just a really good hot cereal. Great price from Vitacost, too.
