Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal
When I found out I could no longer eat my favorite hot cereal, which was Farina, due to the gluten in it, I didn't know what would substitute for it. Then I saw ,"Bob's Red Mill Mighty Tasty Gluten Free Hot Cereal" at a local store, tried it and loved it. It's expensive at this little town store so I get it from Vitacost. This cereal is very good and you can add fruit or nuts, etc. I use a little of the Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Nectar,(very good also) in mine or try a little brown sugar and cinnamon. You don't have to be just gluten free to eat this cereal, it's for everybody.( My little Shih-poo dog Rosebud loves to share a bite with me) Highly recommend to hot cereal lovers.

I am hooked!
I make this almost every morning, I can't get enough of it. Sometimes I even have it for a late snack with a little dollop of almond butter. Healthy and filling! Waaayyy better than oatmeal in my book.
