This is a finely milled flour. This flour is similar in texture to wheat flour so it does well in breading meats. I cannot use wheat flour, so I like this feature. May 10, 2015
Great for baking I found this flour to work very well when substituting for wheat. It's very silky and offers a mild nutty taste in whatever you bake it in. So far I've used it in several banana breads and each loaf came out wonderful. November 19, 2014
