This is a finely milled flour.
This flour is similar in texture to wheat flour so it does well in breading meats. I cannot use wheat flour, so I like this feature.

Great for baking
I found this flour to work very well when substituting for wheat. It's very silky and offers a mild nutty taste in whatever you bake it in. So far I've used it in several banana breads and each loaf came out wonderful.

Excellent choice for gluten free recipes
Love this flour and have used it many gluten free recipes as the main flour in a homemade mix along with sorghum, brown rice, white rice, and starches. Was very sad when I ran out and had to substitute something else, so am ordering double this time.
