To make a delightful breakfast cereal, add 1/4 tsp. salt to 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Slowly stir 2/3 cup Oat Bran Cereal into the boiling water and cook for approximately 2 minutes.
To Microwave: Combine the cereal, water and salt in a microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for approximately 2 minutes. Makes enough for two. Serve with milk and honey or better still, brown sugar. Add sliced fruit or nuts to make your cereal even more delicious and nutritious.
