I read over and over how we should all be eating healthy, whole, organic grains - it's over-whelming. Oats Rolled Regular Organic you want to taste what real oats taste like this is it. i grew up on real oats and after eating the store brand. i had to go back to organic oaks that do what they are suppose to. Great for cookies also. July 29, 2012

Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Oats Rolled Regular Organic Description

High in Protein & Fiber and No Cholesterol! Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats are uniquely "Kiln Toasted" and freshly milled from the highest quality oats grown in the Great Northwest-some of the best oat-growing country in the whole United States!

Cooking Instructions:For a really delicious breakfast cereal for two, bring 2 cups water and 1/4 tsp. salt (optional) to a boil. Add 1 cup of rolled oats, reduce heat and cook for 10 to 20 minutes (time depending on the consistency that you like your cereal) stirring occasionally. Cover, remove from heat and let stand a few minutes. Serve with honey and milk and a big smile!

Microwave Instructions: In large bowl, combine 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Oats and 1 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
