Bob's Red Mill Organic Buckwheat Flour -- 22 oz
So far, not good
I've tried this in my recipes, and in every single one, the food has not cooked all the through. The outside will be browned and cooked, but the inside will be mushy and slimy. And then my digestive system gets upset. I've made these same recipes, just with brown rice flour, and I haven't had this problem. Maybe it's just this brand. I'm going to try a different brand of buckwheat flour next time - probably one that is light (colored) buckwheat.

I have some recipes with this ingredient. I used to buy buckwheat groats and grind to powder in the spice grinder when I need it. When I saw this item on sale on Vitacost, I ordered a couple bags. I like the price and product quality. It saves me time without having to grind the powder myself.

Perfect for the Gluten Intolerant
I have been using this brand for a couple of years now, and the pancakes keep you flu, even after strenuous work. It is a top quality product.

I am happy to find Bob's Red Mill Buckwheat flour at VitaCost. Both the quality and the price of this flour is excellent. I enjoy using it to bake with, and I've found that it adds more protein and minerals to my cookies and cakes. Thanks!
