It is what it is...but I don't like the packaging
Good quality coconut flour--reasonably priced. The packaging on Bob's Red Mill products is the type of plastic is difficult to manage for storing the product in a pantry. With this coconut flour, I did transfer it to a storage container. I did have an issue with a bag being busted during shipment--Vitacost sent me a refund, but it was a MESS.

Interesting
This product has a learning curve. It soaks up water and I used too much in one recipe. Great to add to smoothies though for added fiber.
I like it's flavor and will continue to learn to use it.

Great Coconut Flour
Great coconut flour. It takes a little practice to substitute/use it with recipies, so be patient. I typically mix this with almond flour--have to half the amount and/or add more liquid when using this. Practice, and you'll be glad you did. Adds a nice flavor/texture and fiber without over powering/changing the flavor of the recipie.

This product is of good quality.
This Almond Meal/Flour is so easy to work with & is great for "Low Carb" baking.
I have been using it now for three months & I like how it works in the recipes I use & how it works with my diet.
