Great for frying! Mix this organic corn flour with Bob Red Mills GF 1 to 1 baking flour (blue label) and you have a fabulous deep fry crust that no one will know is GF!! I only deep fry once in a while but when you have a craving for fried chicken, fish or onion rings this is the mixture that satisfies the old flavor of deep fried from ANY restaurant or home recipe. (of course add spices to your liking) We fry in peanut oil so it turns out better than a restaurant where you don't know what kind of oil they use or how old it is. February 9, 2015
too coarse I prefer a finer grind for my cornmeal. This one is too coarse. But I like to buy organic so it isn't GMO. It is hard to find an organic cornmeal that is the correct grind. It is either too fine or too coarse. February 25, 2014
This is corn flour, not corn meal This is fine flour, not coarse meal like you'd use for grits or corn bread. January 29, 2013
