product is rancid
I was uneducated on Flaxseed Meal when i purchased this. I recently watched a video on Dr. Mercolas website and he and another gentleman were talking about the importance of taking Flaxseed Meal, they said you have to get the seeds and grind them up as you need them because they will go rancid in 2-3 minutes of grinding them, & if they go rancid then their not good to eat so you must through them out. I will get the whole seeds and grind just what i'm going to use at that time and no more than that. Flaxseeds are VERY fragile and delicate that's why you cannot use the pre-ground bag ever again.
