Basic Cooking Instructions

 

1 3/4 cups Water

1/2 cup rinsed Wheat Hard Red Berries

1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

 

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour or until tender. Drain and set aside to cool and serve immediately.

 

Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
