Naturally healthy and yum
I grind these in my Vitamix grain grinder, 2 cups at a time for about 2 minutes, mix with half as much water (using this much water makes it pretty light), and make excellent breads. This way, it still has the wheat germ oil, another reason to use whole grains.

Great for bread and baking
I grind these berries up in my Vitamix and use them for bread and baking recipes. The bread comes out delicious and rises well. Love it!

Versatile for Fermenting and Baking
I soak, sprout and ferment the berries into a healthy beverage (known by some as rejuvelac). I also grind the berries and use for baking breads and pastries. I prefer the hard white wheat over the soft for the beverage - for some reason, in south Florida, the soft berries don't do as well beverage-wise. You get the freshest tasting flour when you grind your own; I use Blendtec.
