Soy flour gives egg whites more protein
I am on a low cholesterol diet and I cannot have the yolks except once in a blue moon. So I got this soy flour to make a sort of pancake out of it. It is low in fat and it tastes so good.
I remembered it from Dr. Atkins Cookbook from back in the 70's that made the pancakes taste so good by adding also grated Parmesan cheese that is low in fat and sodium is just 75mg. and adds a wonderful flavor to the eggs and pancake. I cut the pancake in half then use it for a snack in between meals.
