How to Reconstitute and Use TSP
To rehydrate the granules, pour 7/8 cup boiling water, vegetable broth or stock over 1 cup TSP. Stir and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
To cook in a microwave, cover tightly with plastic wrap and cook on high for 4 minutes; check after 2 minutes and add a little more liquid if needed. You can prepare a double batch of TSP.
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
