Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Creamy Buckwheat Cereal -- 18 oz
Great with gluten free oatmeal.
I use this to "soak" my gluten free oats. 1 cup gluten free oats, 1 TBL buckwheat, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, a pinch of sea salt and 1 cup warm water. Soak for 12 to 24 hours, rinse and heat on stove. Delish! No more belly ache comments here!!

Another wonderful gluten free hot cereal!
Helps make my gluten intolerance tolerable! Very tasty with blueberries, walnuts, unsweet shredded coconut, and almond milk!!

Good hot cereal
If you like the texture of cream of wheat or cream of rice, you should enjoy this as a hot cereal. Not much taste, but I eat mine with a little butter and honey with some almond milk.

Not what I expected.
I have to mix this cereal with my steel cut oats for me to tolerate it. I do not like the taste by itself.

Great GI Mover and Shaker!
Tired of oatmeal and flaxseed alone for GI moving and shaking? Then give buckwheat cereal (groats) a try! Can be great to alternate with these other products and often can do to the trick better than either one depending most likely upon what you ate. Gluten free.
One can feel the strengthening effect of this cereal. I love it!
