Cooking Instructions
For four hearty servings, bring 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Oat Groats, 3 cups water and 1 tsp. salt to a boil. Cover and simmer for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Topped with brown sugar, cinnamon and a bit of butter, it makes a delicious breakfast cereal. Garnish with your favorite seasoning, vegetables and/or meats for a fantastic pilaf.
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
