Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Wheat Pastry Flour -- 48 oz
Tender, light and clean, this is my main flour. Makes a great loaf of quick bread. When I want heavier bread, I mix this flour with (Bob's) stone-ground whole wheat flour (I slice the bread thick, then fry it in organic coconut oil. Great for breakfast!) I also use this flour to make cookies and bars.

Great for baking
I needed whole wheat baking flour and Bob's Red Mill met my needs exactly. It blends well with the other ingredients and has a taste that even my picky husband will eat and enjoy. He likes white flour over whole wheat, but this is not as "heavy" as many others seem to be.

Great substitute for AP flour in baking. Provides a great texture with just a subtle wheat flavor.

Product is an excellent baking flour.
I was looking for a good wheat flour for making muffins. This product works great, muffins are light and moist every time.
