Product is an excellent baking flour.
I was looking for a good wheat flour for making muffins. This product works great, muffins are light and moist every time.

Excellent product for baking
I love the way this product makes baked quick breads and cakes tender and flavorful. I use this product by substituting half of the all purpose flour called for in the recipe and I have gotten so many great comments on my baked goods! The fact that it is organic is just another plus. I will continue to use this product.

good organic flour for muffins
This organic flour is good for making muffins, but not for making bread in a bread machine. You need regular flour for that. Bob's is a reputable brand.

The key to high-quality whole-wheat baking
Bob's Red Mill never lets me down as a brand. Whatever they offer, I know I can trust it to be high quality and competitive in pricing. As I have worked to incorporate whole grains in my family's everyday eating, I have found whole wheat pastry flour to be key in getting light-textured, tender baked goods. This flour works great in cookies, cobblers, pie crusts, and cakes. Regular wheat flour is fine for breads, but when it comes to baking, you need whole wheat pastry flour to get the texture you're used to.
