Add whole wheat to cookies I use this flour with some of my regular cookie recipes to add the benefit of whole grains. It has a nice smooth consistency. It's not always easy to find this in my local stores. March 31, 2015
Great Flour! Tender, light and clean, this is my main flour. Makes a great loaf of quick bread. When I want heavier bread, I mix this flour with (Bob's) stone-ground whole wheat flour (I slice the bread thick, then fry it in organic coconut oil. Great for breakfast!)
