Extremely delicious I had read that French green lentils were especially tasty but the much higher cost put me off. I saw that Vitacost had them at a reasonable cost so I have tried them. They are extremely delicious. I will be using them regularly September 25, 2012

Lentils are natural agricultural products. Despite use of modern agricultural equipment, it is not always possible to remove all foreign material. Sort and rinse before cooking.

Basic Cooking Instructions

Combine 1 cup of lentils with 2½ cups of water and bring to a boil. Allow to boil 3 minutes, then reduce heat and cook 25-30 minutes or until tender.

Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
