Love Bob's Bulgar Wheat! I incorporate this bulgar wheat into "beaf-like" burgers, ground burger recipes and it really adds a richness and darker brown tone to make it look more like real beef so my husband even loves my oat/bulgar wheat burgers! Great for extending meat volume I use bulgar wheat with ground meats and it makes a little go a longer way. It adds a nice texture and flavor (though subtle) to the mixture. Also use it in my bean soups ... just yummy! I use a lot of Bob's Red Mill products and the Bulgar wheat gives a decent bang for the buck! October 19, 2011
