it does thicken!
I have to play around with this some more, but... I added some to a marinara that was a little thin, and it worked great! Really thickened more than I thought it would, w/out giving it any off flavors. I think I may be in love!

I left a full review under the 3-pack option. This is great flour, and perfect for eating gluten-free or grain-free!
I'm having a great time experimenting with all the baked goods I thought I'd have to give up in going grain-free!

Versatile g/f flour
Prefer over wheat flours for gravies, mixed with other flours for baking - performs well. Light feeling - - good taste. Excellent substitute for anti-inflamatory diets.

Super fine -- great for baking -- recommended (and it's the best price around!).

gravy flour
i read a review to use this to make gravies with.It does a better job than a few others that i have tried.I will be using it this thanksgiving.
