I gave up gluten, but not my cornbread!

Although I've lived in New York and Denver, I was raised in Alabama and cornbread is a staple in my diet! I like the fact that it is coarsely grated to give more consistency and bite. I have used this for fish patties, for a stew thickener, for cheese pancakes. Great for my nephew who has celiac disease.

GF cornmeal
I am grateful to Bob's Red Mill that I can make tasty, gluten free cornbread with this product! It is no coarser than cornmeals I used prior to going gluten free.

Coarse and Gritty
Made cornbread with this and it's too coarsely grated. I will not buy it again. It did have a good taste.
