Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour -- 20 oz
Cost and quality were great. Only issue is packaging. Need to store in alternate container. Product is light and airy, so it puffs out of the bag if you try to roll it down to close.

This tapioca flour is excellent and a reliable product when making gluten free breads.We also use it as a thickener for the pudding like hot chocolate made in Madrid, Spain.

Great for gluten free recipes
We use this added to brown rice flour from Bob's Red Mill for our gluten free pancakes and muffins. It has a nice light flavor and makes our gluten free rice products turn out perfect.

Best on the market
I don't buy any other Tapioca flour, I love Bobs because their flours are non-GMO! I bake a lot of gluten free and use it as part of my blend.

Use for many recipes
This product works great for replacing starches such as arrowroot and potato starch. With food sensitivities to potato and corn which many gluten free breads use, I can use this instead.
