As a gluten free house, this is indispensable! Many recipes call for white rice, which is grainy in baked goodies. Brown rice is much better and improves the taste of what you are baking! I use it in most things.

Satisfied with product
I love most of Bob's Red Mill products, however this is one of my favorites. I'm using it to replace white flour from all my dogs' treats recipes.

This product is great for a gluten free diet
love this flour for coating chicken or turkey cutlets for frying. Gives them a nice crunch
