BRM products are great, but word of caution!
Bob's Red Mill products: Flours, grains and baking items are all wonderful for those without food allergies / sensitivities. The company takes great caution in processing their gluten-free products in a separate division within their facility; I really admire good manufacturing practices like this. However, if you are allergic to soy or tree nuts, including COCONUT, you will not want to purchase from this company; they have advised me not to do so. They process soy, coconut, hazelnuts and almonds in both their gluten-free and non gluten-free divisions. If you have any allergy-related questions about their products, they have an outstanding customer service.

i use the bobs red mill rice flour for all my baking. i like that it is gluten free

fabulous tasting product
Since I'm unable to have gluten in my diet this has been a wonderful product for me. Being Italian I love to make stuffed zucchini flowers. I'm still able to with this product. I bake them instead of frying them & this flour works very well. No one can tell that it's gluten free. The price is fantastic too. Have you tried buying the small bags in the store? Expensive compared to the pricing of this product on line.
