Great Product, Many uses, VERY HAPPY! Great for egg subsitute We use this for egg substitute because my boys can't have gluten, dairy, corn or eggs. I use it every time to bake their bread and pizza but we it doesn't work so well with pancakes or baking cookies or cake. I haven't found any egg substitute that was good for that. May 6, 2013
