Use this product every day!
I'm gluten sensitive so have had to give up wheat. I found recipes for flaxseed "bread" online and then discovered the cost of my favorite brand, Bob's Red Mill, was much less at Vitacost. When I don't make my bread, I sprinkle flaxseed on hot gluten free cereals. Adds extra protein and vitamins, tastes good, and keeps my GI system functioning normally. For those who can tolerate milk products (I can't) it's also said to be very good on yogurt.

Awesome product!
Love this flaxseed meal! My hubby & I use it all the time. We top our salads with it & I add it to my morning smoothie too. Mild flavor, great tasting. A great organic product that we've been using for years & will continue to purchase.

Great product
This is wonderful to bake with. We use it to make a wonderful
flourless breakfast "bread" that is high fiber, healthy, and very yummy!
This is great quality flaxseed meal, perfect for baking.

easy to use
I used to buy flax seeds and grind them up but now I can buy Bob's Red Mill flaxseed meal and I put it in my smoothies or just sprinkle on my meal. Convenient!

This is much cheaper than in the stores
We have been purchasing this product for many years and was happy to find it here at a better price. This was fresher than the one we bought at the store.
