It is a quality product that has proven effective. I felt more energized and less sleepy during the day. I still had problem falling asleep, in fact, taking this tonic at night seemed to elevate this problem - I would go to bed and feel wide awake. November 24, 2008

Taken regularly at night before you sleep, you will find the worries of the day slowly go away as it gently leads you to sweet slumber. It seems to slowly take the edge off the days stress. It is also great for your entire system and you will find it to also be a gentle encourager to your intestinal system. Adults & children 12 years of age & older: 1 tablespoon before meals & at bedtime. For daytime fatigue and stress, continue use until tonic effect occurs, usually after two weeks.Children under 12: Consult a doctor.

Ingredients: Active Ingredients (HPUS): Alfalfa X 8%; Cinchona officinalis 2X 8%; Formicum acidum 3X 8%; Hydrastis canadensis 2X 8%; Kali phosphoricum 6X 8%; Natrum phosphoricum 6X 8%; Calcarea phosphorica 8X 0.5%; Ferrum phosphoricum 8X 0.5%; Magnesia phosphorica 8X 0.5%.

Potassium Sorbate 0.1%.

Contains sugar.

Warnings

Do not give to children under 12 years of age. For occasional use only. Not intended for use as a substitute for sleep. If fatigue or drowsiness persists or continues to recur, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, consult a doctor.
