Best results with Boericke & Tafel Arnica Montana
My first experience was with Boericke Arnica which a friend gave me to take after a serious accident. I tripped and fell on a concrete floor on both knees. I could not walk for about 5 minutes and thought I cracked my knee caps. I just knew that I would not be able to walk the next day. A friend gave me Boericke Arnica to take and to my surprise, I did not have any bruising or soreness the next day! I did not know this would work so well. WOW.
Since I have used arnica after working all day in my yard and no sore back!
THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT!
