The best sleep aid I've ever tried
I love this! It works best for me if I wait to take it after I'm in my pjs and in bed winding down for the night. (If I were to take this while I'm still up and busy doing things, I might tend to fight against it and stay awake.) I do occasionally wake up during the night, and when I do, I take another dose. I love that this is homeopathic and inexpensive.

may work better for some
i've used this product for a few nights so far and i can't say i'm impressed with it; it seems to help me get to sleep faster, but i still wake up 2 hours later; this is not to say that it won't work better for others

This product has not helped me to fall asleep or stay asleep at all, plus it doesn't melt under the tongue.

If you're looking for a product to quietly bring you back to peace, this is it. After getting worked-up all day from my business, I sometimes can't get my mind to relax so that I can sleep. This product is exceptional at getting me to relax my thoughts and easily fall asleep. I've given it to my husband, as well, who usually stays up till 1am trying to get his mind off work. He can't believe how good it works.
